Dr. Jeff is a Professional Mental Health & Relationship Counselor and the founder of Stillwaters Counseling Services.

With more than 30 years of experience counseling individuals and couples, Dr. Jeff specializes in the use of the relationship between cognitive science and emotions known as Emotional Intelligence.

Interests

Dr. Jeff is passionate about seeing lives restored. He has 35 years of experience supporting individuals and couples to overcome life challenges such as drug & alcohol addiction, relationship problems, pornography addiction, anger, depression, and anxiety. Through his own experience and and his years of counseling, he has seen over and over that true healing is possible.

Dr. Jeff has been married for 40 years. Together, he and his wife have continued to grow a healthy marriage. In his spare time, Jeff and his wife enjoy visiting their 2 children, 4 grand children, and 2 grand-dogs. Together they love to visit the ocean, hike in the mountains, host family game nights, and drink really good coffee.
